About Us

Women In Change was founded in 2022 by Sarah Bar-Lev, when she was Head of Change at the Ministry of Defence.

It started as a personal desire to grow her network and then realising how many more women in the field wanted to connect, it became something much bigger.

Meet the Team

  • Sarah Bar

    Sarah Bar-Lev

    FOUNDER & CEO

Inspired with a vision to create a powerful community for women leading change, Sarah founded the Women In Change network in August 2022.

As an experienced change leader herself across the MOD and consulting fields, Sarah noticed the absence of a dedicated platform for women in change to connect, support, and empower one another.

Sarah's leadership has propelled the network's growth, including organizing the successful inaugural summit, bringing in new members and securing invaluable sponsorship. Her inclusive and warm approach ensures that every member feels welcomed and empowered to get involved. In her day-to-day role, Sarah is Principal Consultant for PA Consulting in their Change and Capability Practice.
