Meet The Team
Sarah Bar-Lev
Founder & CEO
Sarah Bar-Lev is an experienced change and transformation leader with a career spanning the Ministry of Defence, consultancy, the public sector and complex organisational transformation.
Throughout her career, Sarah has worked at the intersection of people, leadership and change, supporting organisations and individuals through periods of transformation, uncertainty and growth. Her experience has given her a particular interest in the human side of change — how people respond to disruption, how leaders create environments in which others can thrive, and how confidence, connection and collaboration can transform the experience of change.
In August 2022, Sarah founded Women in Change after recognising that, despite the significant number of women working across change and transformation, there was no dedicated community bringing them together. She wanted to create a space where women could build meaningful professional relationships, share their experience and expertise, learn from one another and support other women as they progressed through their careers.
Under Sarah's leadership, Women in Change has developed into a community bringing together women from different industries, disciplines and stages of their careers. At its heart is a simple belief: women should not have to navigate change leadership alone.
Sarah is passionate about creating opportunities for women to be heard, to develop their confidence and leadership capability, and to use their experience to lift up the women coming behind them. Her approach to leadership is grounded in openness, collaboration and the belief that some of the most valuable professional development happens when people are given the space to have honest conversations, challenge their thinking and learn from one another.
For Sarah, Women in Change is not simply a professional network. It is a community built around connection, shared experience and the collective power of women helping other women to lead change.
