In Women in Change, we are dedicated to amplifying women leading change and driving impact and the ‘Women Unlocked’ programme which is for members and nonmembers, is designed to empower women through leadership development. Our comprehensive approach encompasses both personal and professional growth, providing women worldwide with transformative experiences that are designed to be life-changing.

• ‘Women Unlocked’ is a 9-month programme starting in September 2025, then January 2026 and April 2026. It is limited to 20 women per cohort. It costs £899 for the entire course or early bird price £799.

• The Women Unlocked programme is for individuals and will be marketed to organisations as well.

• Backed by evidence-based content, expert coaching, and a nurturing community, we offer through the ‘Women Unlocked’ programme support to women seeking to cultivate fulfilling careers and lives while embracing their authentic selves as impactful leaders.

• We will offer instalment payments of £235 over 4 months.

• Furthermore, through collaborations with numerous esteemed organisations globally, we extend our support to individuals of all genders, fostering better mentorship and sponsorship skills among managers and empowering men to become effective allies in advancing gender equality.
