Sharan is a seasoned project and change management professional with over 15 years of experience across EMEA and APAC. Her career spans diverse industries including IT, finance, energy, and consulting, where she has led transformation projects. She holds an MSc in Major Programme Management (megaprojects) from the University of Oxford and a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of London, bringing both academic rigor and practical expertise to her work.

As the Founder and Managing Director of McKaram Consulting, Sharan spearheads initiatives in training, resource augmentation, and technology advisory related to project and change management. She has built strategic partnerships with global organizations such as the Human Change Management Institute (HUCMI), Change Management Alliance (CMA), and many others, furthering her mission to empower clients in navigating transformation. Her leadership extends beyond business, with significant contributions to professional communities, having served as the Director of Membership and a Board Member of PMI Malaysia Chapter, and participated in regional and international PMI leadership forums.

Passionate about advancing change leadership, Sharan is also a Board Member of CMA (Global), and Founding Member of CAMentrepreneurs Malaysia (University of Cambridge Alumni). She has been invited to judge international competitions on AI and future problem-solving, reflecting her passion for innovation and her commitment to shaping the next generation of leaders.
