Chidera Arum is an international business growth strategist and consultant with a background spanning law, culture and communication, and international business management. She is passionate about equipping leaders and organizations to drive sustainable growth, transformation, and impact.

Originally from Nigeria, Chidera graduated in Law from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017. She later earned a Master’s in Culture and Communication from the Université de Bourgogne in France and is currently completing an MSc in International Business Management at EDHEC Business School, where she specializes in strategy consulting and business analytics.

Her career has taken her from legal advisory into strategic business consulting across sectors. She has worked with SMEs in beauty, food, and beverage, NGOs on agriculture and health, state government on climate change, and international human rights forums, including the United Nations in Geneva. She currently serves as a Strategy Analyst Intern at EDHEC’s Centre for Net Positive Business, fluent in both English and French, and based in Beaune, France, she values empathy, mentorship, and purposeful leadership.
