Dr. Aman Borkar

Dr. Aman is an aspiring Academic Entrepreneur. Presently, he is an Assistant Professor at Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University and previously with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS, Mumbai). His work bridges academia and practice, supported by over fifteen years of experience across education, retail,healthcare, and development sectors. He has published extensively in reputed national and international journals on organizational change, sustainability, employment, and social systems. He worked on several multiple large-scale, funded research and social impact projects. A recipient of prestigious fellowships and awards, he has also been a judge for international academic platforms. Dr. Borkar has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, holds a few published patents, and has worked closely with governments, corporates, and civil society organizations.
Dr. Borkar’s entrepreneurial work focuses on building evidence-driven, scalable solutions that address structural social challenges, particularly in companionship, employment, and institutional systems. He combines deep domain expertise with practical execution to design ventures that balance impact, ethics, and sustainability.
